Lauri B. Lee, MS, PT is a Pediatric Physical Therapist who has been practicing since 1995. She has spent her career working in a variety of pediatric settings which have provided for a well-rounded picture of a childā??s life and function in all settings. These include a pediatric hospital, both in and outpatient settings, school system, rehab, home-based and private practice. Simultaneously Lauri has been providing Early Intervention services for children enrolled in the local Early Steps program for children birth to 3. During her years of practice, Lauri has accumulated numerous credentials including being published in the American Physical Therapy Associationā??s Section on Pediatrics Journal, holding certifications in Infant Massage, as a Clinical Instructor, Youth Fitness Instructor and in Mat Pilates for Special Populations. Most recently, she has spent years studying and developing treatment protocols for Pelvic Floor dysfunction in pediatrics. This highly specialized area is a rarity throughout the United States, there being less than 10 Pediatric Physical Therapists who have similar experience and expertise in the treatment of Pediatric Pelvic Floor dysfunctions when she began this specialization.

Lauri received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Science from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY in 1994 and her Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 1995. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and currently devotes much of her free time to the Junior League of St. Petersburg, promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, improving communities, and developing healthy life skills. Lauri also enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and doing a variety of home improvements and craft activities.
